Cancellation Policy:
In the unfortunate event that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking, Yellowham Farmhouse reserves the right to charge 2/3rd of the full room rate less the deposit. We will at all times endeavour to avoid cancellation fees becoming necessary by re-letting the reservation.

Non- Arrivals
Guests with confirmed reservations who do not take up the reservation will be considered as non-arrivals and will therefore be liable for the applicable room charge in full.
